Cancellation Policy

Self-Service Booking: Clients can book, reschedule, and cancel appointments online for their convenience. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their bookings online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to fees. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their appointments online at any time prior to the session. Booking Window: Clients can book appointments no earlier than 1 week before the desired start time. The latest a client can book an appointment is 24 hours before the start time. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation may result in a charge of the full service fee.
